British Made Toys and Games (as usual in no particular order):
Squidge & Pip intend to sell British made sensory teething toys. Launching in March 2016, they are one of my twitter followers. Trade only. their website is now up and running and on there they say “Squidge & Pip are proudly and reassuringly MADE IN BRITAIN from the safest medical grade silicone, which is rigorously tested to high British standards – http://www.squidgeandpip.com
Tanner and Oak also sell a rather nice folio case, as well as wallets, handbags, a satchel and other leather accessories, all designed and manufactured in the UK. At least some of the leather they use is British leather.
British made 12″ or 14″ portfolio cases (document cases) in chestnut or tan colours. “It’s an accessory that forces you to edit your life down to the bare bones” according to the Guardian on 2nd April 2013. I have a folio case from years ago (not of anything like the same quality as these though!) and it really is a very useful bag. Although I have not seen them yet, these classic style leather under-arm folio bags from Holdall and Co. look functional and robust and I wish this fairly new company well. Made using Italian leather.
Let’s hope someone buys this company (Icetech Freezers Limited or Norfrost) who are apparently the last fridge and freezer maker in the UK (and they their keep production in Scotland). If I knew there was still a fridge and freezer maker in the UK I would buy UK made.
Also, Rowecord Engineering, Newport firm in administration.
UPDATE on chest freezer maker Norfrost / Icetech – According to the below article from the net, they have been bought by water cooler and dehumidifier manufacturer Ebac. Ebac manufacture all of their products in Britain and apparently intend moving freezer production to their facility on County Durham. They apparently also hope to make washing machines eventually too. Let’s hope this is right and I look forward to hearing more about this project during 2013.

Emma Bridgewater Personalised Polka Dot Small Pet Bowl. Made in England.
The Bulldog range of men’s grooming products are mostly made in the UK. Shaving gel, shaving cream, face wash, deodorant, Beard Shampoo and Conditioner, Beard Oil, etc. Whilst most Bulldog products are made in the UK, some are foreign made. For example their foaming shave gel cans are made Belgium, although all the other Bulldog products I have seen are UK made. They do not give country of origin on their website, so you’ll have to ask or look at the products themselves. They say on their website “We work with two main factories here in the UK in Frome, Somerset and in Preston, Lancashire. They make all of our skincare line. We also manufacture a small number of our products through specialist factories outside of the UK where they have unique skills” – https://www.bulldogskincare.com
