Sugru mouldable glue say on their website “Invented & Compounded in the UK” and they appear to still have a factory in London. Since 2018 they have been German owned as in May 2018 their company FormFormForm was acquired by German adhesive company Tesa, a subsidiary of Beiersdorf. Available from their website and in stores like B&Q and elsewhere online such as eBay – https://sugru.com
Starloc manufacture adhesives under various brand names. On their website they say “At StarLoc, we design, formulate, manufacture and package all our UK label adhesives at our UK based factories in Runcorn, UK. WA7 1NX”. They also have 3 factories in mainland Europe. So, the products they sell in the UK market are made in the UK – “We manufacture 100% of our adhesives in the UK” (for the UK market). They have various websites as below.

Marmox Multibond Adhesive and Sealant “is made in the UK” according to their website. I don’t know if any of the other products Marmox sells are made in the UK. Their website is trade only – http://www.marmox.co.uk
UK Adhesives Ltd are a British based manufacturer and supplier of high quality adhesives, Super Glues and Sealants. All of their produces are manufactured in the UK. When I tweeted them about their production they responded “Yes we are proud to say all of our produces are manufactured in the UK!”, although they do not specify this on their website. UK Adhesives manufacture Adhesives, Sealants, Super Glues and Putty for industries worldwide, including automotive, marine, truck, rail, agriculture, and general manufacture engineering, plus retail markets. Products are available via their wesbsite and elsewhere – http://www.uk-adhesives.co.uk Unfortunately it now appears this company in Bedford have closed down. Sticky Products / Flowstrip / Fobkeyrings have a factory in North Lincolnshire supplying industrial adhesive tapes, adhesives, sealants, medical tapes and medical consumables. They also sell products from other suppliers, including many foreign made products, but presumably their own brand products are UK made (do check before buying). Fobkeyrings sell UK made plastic promotional key fobs –
Blue-Tack originated in the UK, although it is now part of a company called Bostik whose origins are in the USA and who themselves are now part of the French company Total. They still have production facilities in the UK (and all over the world) and make, amongst other adhesives and similar products, and Blue-Tack in the UK. Bostik make adhesives for industrial manufacturing, construction and the consumer market. Bostick prodcuts sold in UK are usually also made here. Check the packing for country of origin – http://www.bostik.co.uk
Likewise Pritt Stick is German owned (Henkel) but Pritt Stick paper glue is manufactured in the UK (as well as the elsewhere in the world). Now today (26.3.13), the Pritt Stick I got at my local shop is made in the UK whereas the Pritt Stick I saw in Tesco was made in EU (i.e. not made in the UK). Best check the one you are thinking about buying is in fact made in the UK. If it does not say “made in UK” then it is safe to say it is made abroad. The smaller sticks seem to be UK made.

Everbuild Building Products are the UK’s largest manufacturer of sealants, adhesives and building chemicals. Operating from a manufacturing facility in Leeds, over 70% of Everbuild’s entire range is manufactured in house in the UK. Everbuild was the UK’s largest independent manufacturer of Sealants, Adhesives and Construction Chemicals, but is now a subsidiary of Swiss company Sika. At the present time production facilities are being maintained in the UK. Unfortunately for consumers Everbuild do not give country of origin on their products or on their website, so you’ll never know where something from Everbuild was made, although I guess you could ask – http://www.everbuild.co.uk
