MADE IN BRITAIN

Why aren’t more things made in Britain?

In this article in the Telegraph I read that:

“The EEF, the manufacturers’ organisation, recently reported that 40pc of companies currently manufacturing abroad are looking to bring production back home.

We need to foster this interest in a resurgence of manufacturing in the UK: for the economy, for job creation and for national pride.”

Interesting.  Here’s a link to the article.  That is where the photo above is from too. http://www.telegraph.co.uk/women/womens-business/9597671/Why-arent-more-things-made-in-Britain.html

And here is a link to visitbritain.com – VisitBritain is the national tourism agency, responsible for marketing Britain worldwide & developing Britain’s visitor economy.
